As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), our company was engineered from day one to handle high-stakes, complex operations where failure is never an option. We established Bullgoldsmith LLC to serve as our premier master vehicle for federal government contracting, corporate consultation, and comprehensive enterprise solutions.

The Evolution of QMSPO Logistics:

To meet the rapidly shifting demands of global supply chains, we launched QMSPO Logistics as the dedicated transportation, logistics, and freight management arm of Bullgoldsmith LLC.

The name QMSPO draws direct inspiration from military Quartermaster Support Operations—the very backbone of tactical supply lines, resource distribution, and strategic movement. We recognized that the commercial transportation sector and federal procurement agencies frequently struggle with fragmented communication, unreliable carriers, and logistical bottlenecks. QMSPO Logistics was created to solve those exact pain points by bringing battlefield-tested precision to the civilian and government supply chains.

Brian Scott Smith is a retired United States Army Officer, contracts and acquisitions expert, behavioral health professional, entrepreneur, and founder of BullGoldSmith LLC.

A graduate of Virginia State University (Undergraduate) and Columbia University (Masters), his career has included military leadership, international operations, corporate experience, contracts management, acquisitions and procurement, logistics, behavioral health services, and extensive work with military veterans.

Those experiences have shaped BullGoldSmith’s approach to entrepreneurship; combine experience with creativity, build solutions around real problems, and create ventures capable of making a meaningful impact.
