We are proud to announce the official approval and establishment of the American Legion General Colin L. Powell Post #809, under the Department of Puerto Rico, serving the Veterans and families of the Dominican Republic and the greater Caribbean region.  This historic post stands as a living tribute to the values of leadership, integrity, and service before self-principles embodied by our namesake, General Colin L. Powell.
